Avner and Rachel Boskey live in the Beersheva region of Israel and are dedicated to stirring up the creative arts, worship, intercession, evangelism and the prophetic gifts within a Jewish and Israeli matrix. They oversee Final Frontier Ministries (with USA administrative offices in Nashville TN). Avner was born and raised in Montreal Canada and became a believer in Israel’s Messiah in the 1970’s.
He was part of the Messianic Jewish band the Liberated Wailing Wall, and later studied Jewish history and theology at Hebrew University, McGill University, and Dallas Theological Seminary. Avner worked as a registered tour guide with the Israeli Ministry of Tourism for over 20 years.
Rachel was born in Minneapolis MN. From childhood she was called to join the Jewish people and dedicate herself to Israel’s Consolation. As a teenager she founded the Star of David Singers, a Messianic music group which travelled in the Americas and Europe. Rachel’s heart is to foster intercession among believers for Israel’s salvation and restoration.
Avner and Rachel have been involved for many years both in Israel and in many nations, in evangelism, Bible teaching, writing articles and books, creating original music, pastoral ministry and leading worship and prayer gatherings. From 1986 to 1993 Avner served as associate editor of MISHKAN: a theological journal on Jewish evangelism published in Jerusalem. In the 1990’s the Boskeys had the privilege to work both with John Wimber in Anaheim CA and with James Goll in Kansas City. In 1995-96 they pastored the Messianic Center, a Messianic Jewish congregation in Saint Petersburg Russia.
For over 20 years Avner and Rachel led weekly worship and prayer meetings for local believers and for thousands of visitors from many nations. They have hosted seminars focused on Bible teaching, Jewish history, the calling of Israel, spiritual gifts, and the End Times. They have shared the good news of Israel’s Redeemer, and have helped to foster an increase of Messianic ministry in the Negev.
The Boskeys have written and recorded much original Messianic worship music.
Avner regularly writes informative newsletters to encourage prayer for Israel and to help God’s people be more aware of current events both in Israel and around the world from a biblical perspective.
Avner is the author of the book ‘Israel the Key to World Revival,’ ‘How to be Messianic without becoming Meshuggeh’, and ‘Jews, Arabs and the Middle East: A Messianic Perspective’, as well as cutting-edge articles like ‘A Perspective on Islam’ and ‘A Messianic Perspective on the Restoration of David’s Tabernacle’. Avner and Rachel have released six CDs – ‘Old & New’ (1993), ‘Ancient Gates’ (2001), ‘LaKatzir—For the Harvest’ (2001), ‘Four Winds’ (2011), ‘Dry Bones Boogie’ (2015), and and ‘Shtetl Dreams’ (2022).
Avner and Rachel are blessed by the Lord with four sons, three daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.

What goes around comes around. At the end of the ages, history comes full circle. What began with Abraham’s children and land will come to a climax centering around the people and land of Israel. The ancient Jewish prophets declared that restoration is the key word for the future.
Right now, Jacob’s scattered children are being restored to their own land of Israel — once-ruined and now still partially occupied.
The pressures against Israel are mounting — from one corner, pagan politicians whisper seductive promises of false peace, while in the other corner murderous cries to slaughter the Jews resound in casbahs across the Middle East. But Israel’s Messiah has plans of His own to set up David’s throne when He returns (see Amos 9:11).
Great shakings and darkness are descending on Planet Earth, but they will be overshadowed by even more amazing displays of God’s power and light. YHVH is raising up a mighty army of cutting-edge Jewish end-time warriors. These spiritual soldiers will spread His message of restoration and judgment across the globe (see Ezekiel 37:10-11; Isaiah 61:1-2).
The nation of Israel is about to embrace their long-lost older Brother Yeshua (Jesus), just as Joseph’s eleven brothers embraced him in Egypt long ago. This incredible restoration will be the key to open the spiritual storehouses of God’s love and provision to a famished world (Romans 11:12,15).
These challenging days urgently call out for intercession on behalf of the Jewish people:
The Apostle Paul encourages us not only to intercede for Israel, but also to reach out to Jewish people with the message of Yeshua. Israel needs fiery prayers (Jeremiah 31:7) and compassionate hands (Isaiah 60:5-16). We also need friends who don’t mumble when it comes to talking about Messiah, and who are prepared to protect and rescue Jacob’s children as did Corrie Ten Boom — even to the point of laying down their own lives.
The God of Israel is preparing His people for the struggle to come, restoring ancient spiritual weapons of prayer, worship and art.
God has long been about the business of restoring biblical truth. Now the penultimate restoration is upon us — the clear teaching and pure revelation concerning the restoration of Israel.
For centuries the primarily Gentile Body of Messiah has mostly averted its eyes from the Jewish people. A cold heart toward Israel developed theological systems which chilled believers’ love for the apple of God’s eye (Zechariah 2:8), which today is called ‘Replacement Theology’. The rich prophetic Scriptures which describe the restoration of Israel became putty which preachers twisted and distorted at will. The Jewish people’s glorious future was arrogantly ignored.
This generation is witnessing the physical restoration of a significant part of the Jewish people to their ancient homeland of Israel. This stunning event has shaken much of Christian theology. It has become the leading story on television nightly news. God is capturing the attention of the world.
